Map Guess Terms of Use.

These terms apply to Map Guess: Geography Puzzle ("Map Guess", "the app"), made by Approud Co., Ltd. ("Approud", "we"). By using the app you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
Map Guess Plus
Map Guess Plus unlocks every map and lesson, the streak freeze, and removes ads. It's offered as:
- Monthly and Yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The Yearly plan may start with a free trial.
- Lifetime, a one-time purchase that isn't a subscription.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.
How subscriptions renew. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. A subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
Cancelling. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or from Me → Manage subscription in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Using the app
The app, its maps, lessons and design belong to Approud or its licensors. Map data comes from sources credited in the app (Me → Map data). You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Don't misuse the app or its leaderboards, for example by tampering with the app or submitting scores you didn't earn. We may remove scores that break these terms.
Map accuracy
We work to keep borders and names current, but maps are simplified for a game and may contain mistakes. Map Guess isn't a reference for legal, navigation or political purposes. Tell us about an error at the address below.
Availability
We may change, add or remove features and maps. The app works without an internet connection for most features; Game Center, ads and purchases need one.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Approud isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
